So I live in Great Yarmouth now and I just went out to what is basically my local pub for dinner.
They do vegetarian Mexican food and it was DELICIOUS.
And they do cocktails and their Old Fashioned is EXCELLENT by my completely ignorant of cocktails standards.
And there was a live band and they were so good I stayed for three hours even though I intended to just eat dinner and leave.
And it turns out that now I can go out for the evening on my own and have a good time.
And I'm like what is this.
my home is probably going to be underwater in ten years thanks to climate change but honestly it's worth it if I get ten years of this life, why don't more people want to live here.
@danielcassidy sounds a lot nicer from what I remember of where you was before. Sorry for reviving an old thread too just trying to see what's new with friends ive not seen in a while.
